Our shipping estimator includes estimated duties and taxes in the total landed cost. In most cases, duties are calculated at checkout. For specific questions about your country's customs, please reach out.

Yes. Before final approval, production authorisation and our production-start notice, you may cancel for any reason and request a full refund. Production does not start automatically when you pay. Contact us with your order number; see refund.html for the full policy.

Send your order number and clear photos or videos to midhillco@gmail.com. We assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. For MIDHILL-arranged shipments we also assist with transport-insurance claims; coverage follows the policy and claim assessment.

To keep your MIDHILL piece looking its best:

• Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth
• Avoid direct sunlight and extreme humidity
• Clean spills immediately with a slightly damp cloth, then dry
• Use coasters, placemats, and felt pads to protect surfaces
• Reapply natural oil finish every 12-18 months (contact us for guidance)

Yes! Our pieces are displayed at our showroom in Lecong International Furniture City, Shunde, Foshan, China. For visiting hours and appointment bookings, please contact us. International buyers are welcome to schedule virtual consultations.

We do! Through our Trade Program, interior designers, architects, and businesses can request custom dimensions, finishes, and materials. For individual bespoke pieces, please get in touch with your requirements.

We normally contact you within 3 days after payment, no later than 5 days, to confirm the order and estimated production timing. Production starts after your approval, authorisation and our formal notice. We send finished-product photos and videos and wait for your dispatch confirmation before packing and shipment. Delivery timing depends on destination, transport and customs.
