While the delivery is typically to a single address, some retailers may offer the option to deliver to multiple locations for an additional fee. This can be useful if you're planning to move the set from one home to another, such as when renting or moving to a new house.
The American Light Luxury Shell-Shaped Coffee Table and TV Cabinet Set is designed for ease of assembly. Here's a general guide on what to expect:
Most sets come with all the necessary tools for assembly, including screws, bolts, and a hex key. However, it's always a good idea to have a basic set of tools on hand, such as a screwdriver and a hammer.
On average, assembly can take approximately 2 to 3 hours. This timeline can vary depending on your experience with furniture assembly and the complexity of the piece.
For those who prefer not to assemble the furniture themselves, professional assembly services are available. This service can typically be arranged through the retailer or directly with a local furniture assembly company. The cost for professional assembly can vary but usually ranges from US$100 to US$150.
In the event of damage during shipping or upon arrival, it's crucial to inspect the furniture immediately. Here's what to do:
Upon delivery, carefully inspect the furniture for any damage. If you notice any issues, document them with photos and notify the delivery company or retailer immediately.
Contact the retailer or delivery company within 48 hours of delivery to report any damage. They will guide you through the process of filing a claim and arranging for a replacement or repair.
The claims process can vary depending on the retailer and the delivery company. Typically, you will need to provide proof of purchase and documentation of the damage. The retailer or delivery company will then assess the claim and determine the next steps.
