When the Midhill family decided to transform their living room with the American Light Luxury Shell-Shaped Coffee Table and TV Cabinet Set, they knew they needed a seamless delivery and assembly experience. Here's their story, showcasing the process from start to finish.
The American Light Luxury Shell-Shaped Coffee Table and TV Cabinet Set measures 150 cm in width, 60 cm in depth, and 75 cm in height, weighing approximately 80 kg. This size and weight were crucial considerations for delivery and assembly in a Midhill apartment.
Midhill's apartment building had a limited elevator size, which meant that the delivery team had to be strategic. The set was delivered in two parts: the coffee table and the TV cabinet. This method allowed for a more manageable transport through the narrow corridors and elevators.
The set came with comprehensive assembly instructions, including diagrams and written instructions. Despite the complexity of the pieces, the Midhill family found the instructions easy to follow, ensuring a successful assembly process.
The delivery was scheduled for a Saturday morning. The team arrived promptly at 10 AM, ready to deliver the set. They carefully maneuvered the pieces through the narrow corridors and into the elevator, ensuring no damage occurred during the process.
The Midhill family decided to assemble the set themselves, following the instructions provided. The process took approximately two hours, with the help of a few friends. The family found the experience rewarding and enjoyable, as they worked together to create a new centerpiece for their living room.
One challenge the family encountered was the need for additional tools, which were not included in the package. However, they were able to borrow the necessary tools from a neighbor, ensuring the assembly process continued smoothly.
After the delivery team left, the Midhill family immediately inspected the pieces for any damage. They found a small scratch on the TV cabinet, which was promptly reported to the manufacturer. The company responded quickly, sending a replacement part within a week.
The Midhill family followed the manufacturer's damage claim process, which involved taking photos of the damaged piece and submitting them along with the delivery receipt. The claim was processed within 10 days, and the replacement part was delivered to their doorstep.
The Midhill family's experience with the American Light Luxury Shell-Shaped Coffee Table and TV Cabinet Set was largely positive. The delivery and assembly process went smoothly, and the family was able to enjoy their new living room centerpiece within a short period. The manufacturer's quick response to the damage claim further enhanced their overall experience.
Transform your living room with the American Light Luxury Shell-Shaped Coffee Table and TV Cabinet Set. With its exceptional design, storage, and the assurance of a smooth delivery and assembly process, it's the perfect addition to any modern living space.
Three months after purchase, the American Light Luxury Shell-Shaped Set continues to impress the Midhill family with its durability. The solid wood construction has shown no signs of wear despite daily use by their two young children and frequent entertaining. Mrs. Midhill has developed a simple cleaning routine using a microfiber cloth and specialized wood polish recommended by the manufacturer. She particularly appreciates how the scratch-resistant finish has maintained its luster even after multiple cleaning sessions. The family has also noted how the furniture's weight and construction provide stability that prevents wobbling, unlike their previous lightweight set which required periodic tightening of screws.
The Shell-Shaped Set has transformed the Midhills' living room into a more functional and aesthetically pleasing space. The curved design of the coffee table creates a natural flow around their sectional sofa, eliminating the sharp corners that previously made the space feel cramped. They've discovered that the TV cabinet's adjustable shelves perfectly accommodate their soundbar, gaming consoles, and media players with room to spare. Mrs. Midhill arranged decorative items on the cabinet's open display area, creating a personalized focal point that complements their coastal-inspired decor. The neutral finish of the wood has proven versatile, allowing them to change accent pillows and wall art seasonally without clashing with the furniture.
