Refund & Return Policy

Before production: full cancellation refund
Payment alone does not authorise production. Until you approve the final details, authorise production and receive our formal production-start notice, you may cancel for any reason and request a full refund. Send your order number and cancellation request to midhillco@gmail.com or contact our customer service. We will acknowledge the request and confirm the refund arrangements; payment-provider processing time may vary.
Order confirmation and production authorisation
We normally contact you within 3 days of payment, and no later than 5 days, to confirm the final configuration, available colours or fabrics, price and estimated production timing. Contact does not remove your cancellation option. Production starts only after your explicit authorisation and our formal notice. Product dimensions follow the listed specification; minor changes require separate approval.
After production has started
For goods made to your individual specifications or personalised for you, we do not accept cancellation solely because you change your mind once production has formally started. This does not exclude applicable statutory cancellation rights or remedies for defects, goods that do not match the agreed order, or transport damage.
Review before packing and dispatch
We provide overall and detail photos and videos of your completed furniture. Raise questions before packing. After your confirmation, we arrange packaging and dispatch. Remote confirmation does not waive your rights regarding defects that photos or videos could not reveal.
Quality concerns and transport damage
Contact us promptly with your order number, packaging photos, unboxing video if available, and clear photos of the issue. Keep the packaging where practical. We will assess the issue with you and arrange an appropriate remedy or assist with an insurance claim. Lack of an unboxing video alone does not automatically remove your rights. Insurance coverage and settlement follow the relevant policy and assessment.
