Where We Ship

MIDHILL ships handcrafted furniture to 15+ countries across Asia, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. Every piece is made to order in our Foshan, China workshop and delivered to your door.

Before Your Order Ships: Confirmation

Before dispatch, we send you photos and videos of your finished piece for confirmation. Once you confirm the piece looks right, we notify you and begin shipping. This way, you know exactly what is on its way to you.

Shipping Cost

Free China domestic shipping — international shipping is charged separately based on your destination. The exact cost is calculated at checkout using our shipping estimator, which factors in the size, weight, and destination of your piece.

Production & Delivery Time

Because every MIDHILL piece is made to order, please allow production time plus delivery time. In most cases production takes about 5–7 business days, and shipping to most destinations takes 3–10 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Duties, Taxes & Landed Cost

Our shipping estimator includes estimated duties and taxes in your total landed cost. In most cases, duties are calculated by the destination country's customs authority and are included in the estimate so you know the full price up front — with no surprise charges at delivery.

Packaging & Protection

Every piece is carefully packed with protective corner guards, foam, and reinforced cartons designed for long-haul freight. Solid-wood furniture is wrapped to resist impact and moisture during transit so it arrives in the same condition it left our workshop.

Shipping Insurance

We purchase shipping insurance for every order. If your piece is damaged during transit, the insurance covers replacement parts or a replacement piece free of charge — so you are never out of pocket for something damaged on the way to you.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow your piece from our workshop to your door. If you have any questions about a shipment, contact our support team at midhillco@gmail.com.
