The Mori Sofa is built on a kiln-dried solid oak frame joined with mortise-and-tenon
construction — no metal fasteners, no staples. The seat is supported by hand-tied
springs and wrapped in dual-density foam, then upholstered in washed Belgian linen.
Each piece is bench-tested in our atelier outside Foshan before shipping.

📤 Quality Check Before Shipping
Before your order is dispatched, we photograph and video the item and send it in your order message for your review. Confirmation of shipping confirms the product itself is in good condition.
🚚 Delivery
● International orders ship via sea freight (20–25 days).
● Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
● Doorstep delivery is included, but does not cover carrying the item upstairs.
● You may negotiate with the delivery workers to carry it upstairs for an additional fee, or hire local workers for the best value.
🔄 Returns
● Returns are not supported unless the product itself has a quality issue.
● Please inspect your item promptly upon receipt; if there is a problem, take photos and contact our customer service.
● We will resolve any damage that occurred during transit by shipping free replacement parts.
● Custom-made items are non-returnable.
